Individual Therapy
I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a client-centered approach, and effective problem-solving techniques in my practice. My experiences across a variety of settings have allowed me to cultivate cultural competence and a profound respect for individuals from diverse backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and life experiences. I strive to create a warm and inviting space where you can freely express yourself, explore your thoughts and feelings, and ultimately leave feeling understood, supported, and validated in your journey.
Telehealth session are primarily conducted via HIPPA compliant platforms Simple Practice or Headway. If clinically appropriate, in-person session are available.
