My Approach
In my work I have assisted children, adults, men and families with young and adult children. I embrace a person-centered approach because I believe that everyone possesses the inner resources they need. My goal is to guide individuals in uncovering their inner strength, empowering them to make choices that feel authentic and fulfilling. By asking thoughtful questions and actively listening, I guide them in uncovering their inner wisdom, helping them to recognize their potential. This process empowers them to make decisions that resonate with their values and aspirations, fostering a sense of ownership over their lives.
When working with families, I utilize a strengths-based relational approach that acknowledges the intricate dynamics at play within each family unit. I understand that every family has its own history, challenges, and strengths. My goal is to meet families where they are, respecting their individual perspectives while fostering open communication and collaboration. By identifying and building upon their existing strengths, I help families navigate conflicts, enhance relationships, and ultimately create a more harmonious environment that nurtures growth and healing for all members.
